Patch order form can be found on the final application form.The Honor Troop program is designed to help troops plan a well-balanced, year-long program. Each participating troop, after fulfilling the requirements needed for the Honor Troop distinction, will receive special recognition. Girls and adults in the troop participating for the first year will earn a triangular patch. Girls and adults, both earning recognition for the first time as well as those receiving it for the second or more times, will earn a special dated patch which is designed to wear below the Honor Troop patch. Purchase of patches is optional.
An application for Honor Troop recognition, along with the application procedure, is distributed to troops in the fall at service unit meetings. For a copy, contact the Girl Scout Center, 847-741-5521, Extension 131.
