RETURN POLICIES
1. The council shop will issue a refund check by U.S. Mail for merchandise returned within 60 days.
2. The council shop will issue a shop credit for merchandise returned after more than 60 days.
3. Exchanges can be made (instead of a refund) for all returns.
4. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed.

Although Girl Scouts-Sybaquay Council accepts returns of most of the shop's merchandise, there are a few items that are not able to be returned. These are:
books, software, dated patches/items, discontinued patches/items, patches/items from other councils, used items, personalized merchandise, etc.
